  2. The Miniature Golf Course Murders<\/em>, Sara Penhallow. **** (A fun cozy mystery series)<\/li>\n
  3. Twisted Roads<\/em>, Travis Erwin.\u00a0 *** (Quite a few copy editing errors, truly unlikable characters)<\/li>\n
  4. A Brave New World<\/em>, Aldous Huxley.\u00a0 *** 1\/2 (A classic I needed to read, but…the coolest feature was he has the Osprey–the modern military’s vertical takeoff\/landing plane–in use then.)<\/li>\n
  5. A Death in Vienna<\/em>, Daniel Silva **** 1\/2 (A thriller based on a Nazi war criminal still on the loose and operating)<\/li>\n
  6. The Nazi Officer’s Wife: How One Jewish Woman Survived the Holocaust<\/em>, Edith Hahn Beer. **** (An inside account encompassing one person’s view from the inside of this horrible time in history.)<\/li>\n
  7. Wild Mint Tea<\/em>, Valerie Comer.\u00a0 **** 1\/2 (The second in Valerie’s Farm Fresh Trilogy, and it’s every bit as good as the first.)<\/li>\n
  8. Taken With You<\/em>, Shannon Stacey.\u00a0 **** 1\/2 (You cannot go wrong with the Kowalski’s series.)<\/li>\n
  9. Turning PRO<\/em>, Steven Pressfield.\u00a0 **** (This gave me a lot to think about, and I understand why a friend recommended I read it.)<\/li>\n
  10. Enter the Death Circus: Tales from the Longview, Episode 1<\/em>, Holly Lisle\u00a0 **** (I wasn’t wild about the opening, but I came back later and gave it another chance.\u00a0 Glad I did.)<\/li>\n
  11. Deadly Decor<\/em>, Karen Rose Smith ***1\/2 (I’m really enjoying this series.)<\/li>\n
  12. Majai’s Fury<\/em>, Valerie Comer.\u00a0 **** 1\/2 (Every bit as good as Valerie’s Farm Fresh Romance series but very different.)<\/li>\n
  13. Grounded<\/em>, Angela Correll **** (I really enjoyed this first time novelist’s story)<\/li>\n
  14. Farmcall Fatality<\/em>, Abby Deuel ** (I really wanted to be able to recommend this book, because the author is supporting a cause with the proceeds that are near and dear to my heart, but this first novel needed a lot more polishing before publishing.)<\/li>\n
  15. Falling for Max<\/em>, Shannon Stacey **** 1\/2 (You cannot go wrong with Shannon Stacey’s Kowalskis.)<\/li>\n
  16. The Selling of Suzee Delight<\/em>, Holly Lisle **** 1\/2 (An unusual story)<\/li>\n
  17. You Can Get There from Here<\/em>, Sally Jane Driscoll **** (A surprising collection of stories that keep you thinking.)<\/li>\n

    \u00a0A Side of Faith<\/em>, Krista Phillips *** 1\/2 (The latest episode in the Sandwich series.)<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  19. Alaskan Hero<\/em>, Teri Wilson *** 1\/2 (A enjoyable premise)<\/li>\n
  20. Enter the Death Circus<\/em>, Holly Lisle ***** (This series has me very curious about how it comes together)<\/li>\n
  21. No Place to Hide<\/em>, Shannon Stacey **** (This Devlin Group thriller isn’t quite as good as the Kowalski’s, but it’s close)<\/li>\n
  22. The Selling of Suzee Delight<\/em>, Holly Lisle ***** (The curiosity grows)<\/li>\n
  23. The Dwarf and the Twins<\/em>, Katharina Gerlach ***** (I liked this version better than the original — also included in the story)<\/li>\n
  24. Snowflake Tiara<\/em>, Angela Breidenback and Valerie Comer ***** (Very well done)<\/li>\n
  25. Waltz Back to Texas<\/em>, MJ Fredrick *** (Calling an airman a soldier detracted for me, but many people won’t let that bother them)<\/li>\n
  26. The Illuminated Heart<\/em>, Thea van Diepen ***** (I expected zombies and got faith and hope. Awesome!)<\/li>\n
  27. Her Holiday Man<\/em>, Shannon Stacey *****<\/li>\n
  28. Sweetened with Honey<\/em>, Valerie Comer ***** (This is a wonderful series — Farm Fresh Romance)<\/li>\n
