I have a generic little story for PBW’s e-Book challenge<\/a>. I’ve called it Beginnings<\/em>, because this is the story of how Nikki and Jeff met. It’s important for little reasons. But it doesn’t seem important enough to grab anyone and compel them to read it — or, more importantly, to interest them in reading Threads & Ties<\/em>.<\/p>\n

But maybe, for a first draft, that’s ok. It sits at 2000 words right now, and I’m trying to figure out where to end it. Probably at bedtime — just a day in the life of a first-time kindergartner.
