The good news: My right knee (the one I injured two weeks ago) was tender, but it didn&#8217;t &#8220;click.&#8221; My PA now suspects I may have just pinched the meniscus or bruised some cartilage. I may be fortunate enough to get a full recovery.<\/p>\n<p>The left (bad) knee came out as expected.  It not only &#8220;clicked,&#8221; but it did some &#8220;grinding.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I spent 30 minutes on the bike this morning, starting at manual level one. As each minute passed, I increased the workload by one. When I reached 15 (the highest resistance the bike has to offer), I stayed there for three minutes then stepped down to level 11 for several minutes before stepping down to level nine for the last several minutes. No pain while working out, but the right knee was less than happy this afternoon. Was that because of the workout, because I forgot the durned brace, or a combination of the two?
