Not too much.  Mostly plants.&#8221;  He caveats the definition of food with the injunction that it must be something your great-great grandmother would have recognized as food.<\/p>\n<p>He supports his argument well, and this article complements <em>The China Study<\/em> with some additional useful information.  I particularly found the discussion of Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids illuminating.
