This week, we worked in the backyard. We brought the washer\/dryer to Central Texas and our neighbor performed the diagnostics and repair.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Ranch<\/strong>: We brought a trailer load of things in from the shed on the ranch. Probably at least one more trailer load of that stuff to do. Maybe more. It&#8217;s a 10&#215;14 shed, and it wasn&#8217;t full, but a lot of stuff seemed to disappear into it.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-12265\" src=\"https:\/\/pmtoo.jeanschara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/IMG_3316-e1463362646832.jpg\" alt=\"Property Update May 2016\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>The Store<\/strong>: Nothing new. The appraisal district made an typographical error on this year&#8217;s appraisal, raising our valuation significantly. When we asked for clarification, they discovered the error and fixed it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Detail Shop<\/strong>: I realized last week that the addition of this means I have more yard work to do. The tennant takes care of the areas he has access to, but we have a locked fenced area that we need to take care of. Guess what I&#8217;ll be doing next week?<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Central Texas House<\/strong>: More yard work. Spreading mulch that we&#8217;re using to raise the level of the yard.
