I ordered books from Amazon a few weeks ago, and they&#8217;ve arrived.  What goodies did I get?<\/p>\n<p>These two came last week:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Responsible<\/em>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darleneryan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Darlene Ryan<\/a><\/li>\n<li><em>Behind Closed Doors<\/em>, Natalie R. Collins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These came yesterday:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>The World Before<\/em>, Karen Traviss<\/li>\n<li><em>Matriarch<\/em>, Karen Traviss (this author recommended by <a href=\"http:\/\/marfisk.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Margaret Fisk<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li><em>Heartsick<\/em>, Chelsea Cain<\/li>\n<li><em>Straight Man: A Novel<\/em>, Richard Russo<\/li>\n<li><em>Homestead<\/em>, Rosina Lippi<\/li>\n<li><em>Queen of Swords<\/em>, Sara Donati<\/li>\n<li><em>Deadfall<\/em>, Robert Liparulo (he&#8217;s on my auto buy list now)<\/li>\n<li><em>Parachutes &amp; Kisses<\/em>, Erica Jong (because I haven&#8217;t read anything of hers for nearly 30 years, and it&#8217;s about time)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And, of course, since NaNo month is all about writing, I have also done some reading.  I&#8217;ve succumbed to the Jack Reacher madness by finally reading Lee Child&#8217;s <em>Without Fail<\/em>.  I finished it sometime in the early morning hours this morning.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m at 27,554 and need to get back to the keys.
