{"id":1342,"date":"2007-11-24T12:42:52","date_gmt":"2007-11-24T17:42:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mercuryranch.org\/blog\/2007\/11\/24\/down-to-the-wire\/"},"modified":"2007-11-24T12:42:52","modified_gmt":"2007-11-24T17:42:52","slug":"down-to-the-wire","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeanschara.com\/pmtoo\/down-to-the-wire\/","title":{"rendered":"Down to the Wire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I got up this morning and wrote a thousand words.\u00a0 Then I went grocery shopping.\u00a0 I came home and wrote a thousand more words.\u00a0 I&#8217;m now at 41,045 words and writing.<\/p>\n<p>I find it very motivational to write a couple of hundred words and update my NaNo count.\u00a0 It grows surprisingly quickly that way, and I keep striving to meet the next thousand.<\/p>\n<p>Nine thousand words on the wall, nine thousand words<\/p>\n<p>Take one down, pass it around,<\/p>\n<p>Eight thousand nine hundred ninety-nine words on th&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s too tedious.
