<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nAnd checking\n back over my orders do you know what my first supplement order was for?\n Surprisingly (to me), it was the Cleansing Trio Kit. This kit is \ncomprised of ICP, Essentialzyme, and ComforTone. Each product is \ndesigned to clean the digestive tract, assist in food digestion, and \nmove waste and impurities from the digestive tract. It’s a basic kit \nthat does a body a lot of good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Supplements\n made sense to me. I was already using them, and I was comfortable with \nthem. First, I transitioned from my regular brand to Young Living. And \nguess what? I bought my next new-to-me supplement with my Essential \nRewards points I’d earned on my monthly order. Master Formula. To me, \nthat’s a foundational multivitamin. I wash Master Formula and other \nsupplements down in the morning with a packet of NingXia Red.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Remember, NingXia Red cleanses, nourishes, and supports your immune system. One 2 oz packet at a time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then I began studying my desk reference and other books, trying to learn how to raise my wellness line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I\n should have replaced Fish Oil, but I’m guessing I’d just bought a big \nbottle of it and didn’t want to waste it. Instead, my next supplement \npurchase was Multigreens. I’d heard people rave about this product. And I\n have to admit, I perceived an increase in energy and thought I felt a \nlittle more pep in my step when I started taking it. Maybe I’m more of a\n plant than I thought I was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I think of this product as “getting \nall my vegetables.” Why is that? It’s a nutritious chlorophyll formula \ncomprised of spirulina, alfalfa sprouts, barley grass, bee pollen, \neleuthero, Pacific kelp, and therapeutic grade essential oils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, I switched to OmegaGize, which, unlike my big bottle of Fish \nOil, also has CoQ10, so I got an improved product. In addition to CoQ10,\n I got Vitamin D3 and omega-3 fatty acids. These ingredients work \nsynergistically to support normal brain, heart, eye, and joint health.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n At the same time, I added Essentialzymes-4 to my order. \nEssentialzymes-4 is a multi-spectrum enzyme complex specially formulated\n to aid digestion of dietary fats, proteins, fiber, and carbohydrates \ncommonly found in the modern processed \ndiet. The dual time-release technology releases the animal and \nplant-based enzymes at separate times within the digestive tract, \nallowing for optimal nutrient absorption.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I confess I still don’t remember to take the Essentialzymes-4 as often as would be optimal. I’m getting better, though.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I bought a bottle of Sulfurzyme in June of 2016. I put it in a box. \nIn December of 2017. Please don’t do this with yours when you get it! I \ngot the capsules, but it comes as a powder as well. Order the version \nthat works best for how you like to take your supplements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Super B is\n combined with Nutmeg essential oil and bioavailable chelated minerals \nsuch as magnesium, manganese, selenium, and zinc. Since I take Master \nFormula in the morning, I take my Super B at night so it can work while \nI’m sleeping. Our bodies cannot store B vitamins, so they need to be \nreplenished daily. If you get more than your body can use, it’s excreted\n in your urine. If your urine is a bright orange, you can be confident \nyou’re getting enough of the Bs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you get comfortable \nand learn more — you owe it to yourself to study and learn and adjust \nfor what you decide is best for you — I’m here to get you started on a \nsolid footing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You really can’t go wrong with a Premium Starter Kit with your choice of diffuser. I’ve pictured the versatile\n Desert Mist below. The PSKs come with 11 oils, which form a \ncomprehensive base which can be used to support physical, emotional, and\n mental well-being. <\/p>\n\n\n

I’d be doing you a \ndisservice if I told you that. You need to buy products on a regular \nbasis, and at first, you need to switch out the products with a lot of \nchemicals that just aren’t good for you, your kids, or your pets. We \nhave a program called Essential Rewards, and if you’re going for the \n“best” beginning, you just need to be on it. I’ll tell you more about it\n later, but when you sign yourself up, start with the Thieves ER Kit. \nThis kit allows you to trade out all the cleaning products and most of \nyour personal care products in your home in one order.<\/p>\n\n\n
