It’s been a busy day in a lazy sort of way. \u00a0I stayed caught up on my NaNo word count — 35,344. \u00a0We got the roll top desk moved into the house from where we placed it when the movers delivered back in May. \u00a0I took this opportunity to set the Mac Mini up on the desk. \u00a0I wanted to get the new machine registered and download and install software updates. \u00a0Registration is complete, and the Apple updates are downloading now. \u00a0<\/p>\n
One of the next things we have to do is get space cleared in the office upstairs so we have room to move the couch in from the garage. \u00a0That’s the second to last big piece of furniture that needs to move into the house. \u00a0The other piece is a large bookshelf that I need to finish painting before we can move it in. \u00a0Technically, I suppose there’s one more piece as well — a cupboard we bought for the downstairs bathroom that needs to be stripped and refinished.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
