I made chicken enchiladas for the first time tonight, and I think they turned out pretty well.\u00a0 They were more flavorful than many I’ve eaten in restaurants.\u00a0 Hubby suggested I spread more picante sauce to the edges and use a little less sour cream on the innards.\u00a0 I eyeballed the sour cream, so that may not be a bad suggestion.\u00a0 Easy enough to spread on more picante sauce.\u00a0 We put leftovers into the freezer.<\/p>\n
