I know I said I was going to wait for the second generation (at least) iPad to be released.\u00a0 There are too many things I want in the device that aren’t available in the initial release model that just might show up in a later model.<\/p>\n
But…<\/p>\n
I read the reviews.\u00a0 I look at the Apps.\u00a0 Things.\u00a0 Things has been ported to the iPad.\u00a0 I love Things.\u00a0 Plus, I could take it with me when I’m not locked down to my Mac Mini in Central Texas.\u00a0 And, really, what good is an awesome life management software if you can’t have with you when you’re managing your life?<\/p>\n
I found myself at the Apple site today looking at the iPad images and whining like a hungry, lonely puppy.\u00a0 Hubby was only mildly amused.<\/p>\n
Maybe I could just get the 32G model, then, when a later generation is released that has everything I want, I can get the top memory amount being offered.\u00a0 I’m sure SOMEBODY would be interested in accepting my first generation model as a gift…<\/p>\n
The next step, as you can probably guess, is to head on over to the Apple Store and drool on them.\u00a0 Play with the demo model.\u00a0 See if it’s all it’s cracked up to be.\u00a0 Yeah.\u00a0 Maybe actually laying hands upon one will be a disappointment.\u00a0 I’m sure I’ll still be satisfied with my Palm TX5 after I do that.<\/p>\n
