We got a solid start on the reasons we’re spending this month in San Antonio.\u00a0 I removed one dead tree that was threatening the phone and cable lines coming into the house.\u00a0 We don’t use the cable, but we do use a landline.\u00a0 I got that tree out by the alley in time for the trash guys to pick it up.\u00a0 Then I went into the back yard and trimmed the patio hedge and began trimming the pitisporum.\u00a0 I raked up that debris and loaded it into trash bags.\u00a0 Hubby was loading dirt into buckets to take to Central Texas. A pile of driveway bricks fell over in last week’s big wind, so I picked up the fallen bricks.\u00a0 Then I raked the grass hubby planted this summer and watered it.\u00a0 The neighborhood birds loved <\/em>that!\u00a0 They were playing in the sprinkler.<\/p>\n Something in the yard debris has not agreed with my head.\u00a0 My eyes are itchy and crusty feeling.\u00a0 I have a headache.\u00a0 Taking some generic Benadryl stuff in hopes it will help.\u00a0 So far, no luck.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Good, solid start.\u00a0 Introduced three characters.\u00a0 Two more to go — maybe.
