Count for today was 2014 — I was a little behind after yesterday, so I knew I had to catch up a little.<\/p>\n
Cut more on another tree that will not die today.\u00a0 I removed nails from old fence sections that are being broken up.\u00a0 Did some laundry.\u00a0 Played with kittens.\u00a0 At five and a half weeks old, they are running, jumping, checking on everything.\u00a0 Of course, that wears them out, and they gather back in the crate to sleep in a pile.\u00a0 It’s going to be so hard to let them go to knew homes.<\/p>\n
Number Two is eating everything in site.\u00a0 Number Four is still the biggest kitten.\u00a0 Number Three is still very curious and the first to flop on her back and let you rub her tummy.\u00a0 Number One is equally spunky.\u00a0 They’re all curious, but they will sit on the floor and look up at us and have the cutest expressions on their faces.<\/p>\n
Tomorrow morning, I have to move a large pile of tree trimmings from the driveway to the alley so the trash guys can haul it away.\u00a0 Then, of course, I’ll go make some more.\u00a0 I think I’ll work in the front and side yards tomorrow.\u00a0 The front hedge grew while I was gone (imagine that!), and there are some trimmings I can make to spruce up the yard a little.\u00a0 Once I get that stuff done, I’ll return to the back yard for more trimming.\u00a0 If we don’t get some rain, we’ll have to begin watering the front yard.\u00a0 And, of course, I’ll have to find some more words tomorrow.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
