Still on track.\u00a0 It’s been a good day, except I caught Pretty Boy Floyd, the little orange kitty who is too small to neuter, last night in a trap.\u00a0 I successfully transferred him to a travel crate this morning, got him to the vet for shots, and brought him back home only to screw up and let him escape when I was transferring him to the big crate because I did something stupid.\u00a0 I’ve been bummed out about it all day.\u00a0 Floyd is safe — somewhere.\u00a0 I’m not sure if he’s in the garage or not, but I suspect he is.\u00a0 That’s not a problem — until we leave town for three weeks.\u00a0 I have to get better at this feral cat process.\u00a0 They aren’t like house cats which you can catch if they get away.\u00a0 It takes a whole different mindset to work with them.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
