My friend Tammy has some great recipes. The one we&#8217;re trying today is <a href=\"http:\/\/tambocooks.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/bbq-ribs.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">BBQ Ribs<\/a>. (Tammy hasn&#8217;t added any new recipes in a while &#8212; maybe she&#8217;ll consider it.)\u00a0 I&#8217;ve made this numerous times with boneless pork ribs. Today, when I wanted to make it, the market didn&#8217;t have boneless pork ribs, but they DID have boneless pork chops on sale for less than $2 a pound. That&#8217;s the only thing different.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-12789\" src=\"https:\/\/pmtoo.jeanschara.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/2013-01-30-13.44.13-1-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"BBQ Pork\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>I would do one thing differently with the pork chops. I sliced them into strips, and I would make those strips larger rather than smaller next time. On the other hand, they&#8217;re just right for finger food for either adults or kids. So, it&#8217;s all a matter of what suits your needs. I, as Tammy suggests, made a slow cooker macaroni and cheese to accompany this.
