I’m doing “backwards” NaNo* again.\u00a0 That means I start with a lot of words per day as my goal and work my way down to one word on the last day.\u00a0 Today’s goal was 3346.\u00a0 Every goal will be less for the rest of the month.\u00a0 So, today was, theoretically, the toughest day.\u00a0 This is my third year (or is it the fourth?) of doing this, and typically, the next six days are the toughest for me.\u00a0 The combination of staying up to midnight to get words right away and then being able to resume in the morning gives me a good count on the first day.\u00a0 The next few days have been tougher for me.\u00a0 We’ll see how it goes.\u00a0 I’m doing an eclectic mix of stories for this year’s NaNo.<\/p>\n
