{"id":7236,"date":"2014-05-15T02:33:16","date_gmt":"2014-05-15T07:33:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polarbear60.org\/randr\/?p=7236"},"modified":"2016-02-11T16:04:39","modified_gmt":"2016-02-11T22:04:39","slug":"may-property-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeanschara.com\/pmtoo\/may-property-update\/","title":{"rendered":"May Property Update"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s happened with property over the last month:<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio house:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We got the convertible moved to Central Texas &#8212; that was the largest item yet to move.\u00a0 We have a few more bulky items and numerous small items.<\/li>\n<li>I began watering.\u00a0 We have watering restrictions in San Antonio related to drought conditions, so we can only water with a sprinkler one day per week every other week during certain hours.\u00a0 I can use soaker hoses on other days and hand water at any time, so keeping the grass from dying is a full time job.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll be spending alternate weeks in San Antonio trying to protect the lawn.<\/li>\n<li>I mowed the back yard.<\/li>\n<li>I raked leaves in the front yard and mulched them up to use on bare spots in the yard to try to help those areas retain moisture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Ranch:\u00a0 Nothing new.<\/p>\n<p>The Store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We need to move some items to make room for the convertible. It will lounge there until we have room for it in the shop.<\/li>\n<li>The grass needs mowing again.\u00a0 I may be doing that as this post goes live.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Central Texas House:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I got the trimming done<\/li>\n<li>I fertilized right before we got some rain<\/li>\n<li>We&#8217;re preparing to move the woodie wood kit to the shop<\/li>\n<li>I trimmed more around the bases of the crape myrtles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s happened with property over the last month: San Antonio house: We got the convertible moved to Central Texas &#8212; that was the largest item yet to move.\u00a0 We have a few more bulky items and numerous small items.
