{"id":7318,"date":"2014-06-21T02:00:55","date_gmt":"2014-06-21T07:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/polarbear60.org\/randr\/?p=7318"},"modified":"2016-02-11T14:49:49","modified_gmt":"2016-02-11T20:49:49","slug":"cats-too-much-food","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeanschara.com\/pmtoo\/cats-too-much-food\/","title":{"rendered":"Cats: Too Much Food"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>With just Sneaky eating from the feeder, food is left over from day-to-day.\u00a0 When I set the feeder up, I programmed it to feed two cats (because I had three cats hanging around, and I just wanted to supplement their diet).\u00a0 It&#8217;s been feeding cats since November 2012, and it&#8217;s never had food remain overnight before. This week, it&#8217;s been carrying food over.\u00a0 I thought with Moose gone, one of three other cats I&#8217;ve seen in the neighborhood might begin eating here.\u00a0 So far, that has not happened.\u00a0 I don&#8217;t want to mess with reprogramming the feeder, because it&#8217;s a pain in the neck to do.\u00a0 I&#8217;ve been waiting for the batteries to die, but it&#8217;s still on it&#8217;s original batteries.\u00a0 For now, I can continue to monitor things.\u00a0 If another cat appears, that will be fine.\u00a0 If the batteries die before that happens, I&#8217;ll program for a little less food.<\/p>\n<p>Lady, Tarzan, Floyd, Delta, and Natasha traveled to San Antonio with me this week, and Lady and Natasha helped me with yard work in the back yard.\u00a0 Ruby, Rossie, Ajax, and Daphne helped Mr. L hold down the fort in Central Texas.
