I suspect but have not confirmed that she and Walter do not care for one another. We have seen Walter since we&#8217;ve been back.<\/p>\n<p>The inside cats seem to have done well in our absence.\u00a0 I came back Friday to check on them, give Lady medication, and scoop litter boxes.\u00a0 They gave me this bored look when I came into the house, and they seemed to be behaving. I let Lady skip a day of medication on Saturday, stayed in Giddings, and gave her some when we got home this afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>She seems to be doing well as we wean her off the medication.I heard two altercations last week.\u00a0 We&#8217;d had weeks of no altercations, so I&#8217;m not certain it isn&#8217;t related to her having less medication. These altercations were brief, and I think it was more a discussion about the place settings (if you recall the Lee Marvin line from &#8220;The Dirty Dozen.&#8221;).<\/p>\n<p>The non indoor feral cats seem happy to have us home.\u00a0 Ruby, Rossie, and Delta have been ignoring us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We were gone for a few days, and Sneaky has not been seen since the night before we left.\u00a0 This isn&#8217;t necessarily an indication of something bad, but I get worried.
