I have had a tendency for many years to make comments in various situations.\u00a0 For a long time, I though these quippy comments, which might be considered using less kind attribution, might be enjoyable or funny.\u00a0 During one of my military assignments, we did a 360 feedback survey.\u00a0 One of the feedbacks I got was very helpful.\u00a0 It mentioned that those comments were not always considered helpful and, perhaps, I didn’t need to make them as often as I did.\u00a0 I made a concerted effort after reading that to reign in my comments.\u00a0 Unfortunately, the feedback came late in my career, but I think it was valuable.\u00a0 I don’t know for sure who made that feedback, but I have my suspicions, and I did appreciate it.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
