{"id":998,"date":"2013-04-23T19:43:49","date_gmt":"2013-04-24T00:43:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jeanschara.com\/?p=998"},"modified":"2013-04-23T19:43:49","modified_gmt":"2013-04-24T00:43:49","slug":"teachers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jeanschara.com\/pmtoo\/teachers\/","title":{"rendered":"Teachers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Teachers paid an important role in my life, as I&#8217;m sure they did in many of your lives.\u00a0 Here are a few:<\/p>\n<p>Miss Wolleson.\u00a0 My kindergarten teacher, most memorable for me being surprised that she spanked kids.\u00a0 When I shared this shocking news to my parents, I was informed that if I ever got spanked at school, I&#8217;d be spanked at home, too!\u00a0 Yikes! (I never got spanked at school.)<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Reusch.\u00a0 Second grade.\u00a0 She died earlier this year.\u00a0 She was incredibly kind and kind of reminded me of my grandmother (on my father&#8217;s side).<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Koenig.\u00a0 Fourth grade.\u00a0 A first year teacher who I and many others thought was the greatest.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Coacher.\u00a0 Seventh grade English.
