1st Pass Done
PBOTL First Pass Revisions are complete. I’ve also constructed the timeline. Yes, I know some people do this first, but the Bear dictated to me, so I didn’t know the timeline until it was finished. Nine and half years of timeline it is, too. I’ve tried to fix a few of the inconsistencies, but that will fall to the next pass–the time to do the hard work. Match the timeline, reduce talking heads, convert narrative text to dialog in many places, and decide if this really needs to be nine and a half years long.
The knee? It itches now and then under the bandage. I’ve reduced the “good drugs” to minimum and haven’t noticed a significant increase in pain. I’ve done some hobbling around without the crutches, but I’m very careful with that–sometimes the knee feels like it’s going to bend backwards; not a soothing feeling. My guess is the incisions are on the inside of the knee–that’s where the itching is, and where I feel what pain I do feel. I’m still icing it.
