More Read-Through
I’m up to page 137 (of 335). There’s some workable stuff here, but this book has ‘issues’. Lots to be cut/revised. Of course, the challenge for me will be: What to cut; what to revise; what to keep. But isn’t it that way for all of us? I need to remember: For many things, less is more.
But this is my last day to “play at full-time writer.” My convalescent leave is over, I’m walking using my knee, so duty calls. Tomorrow, I return to duty. But I like the writer gig. I’d like to do more of it.
Physical therapy continues and is going well. Next week, I do the pre-op appointments for the eyes, then I will be on another week of convalescent leave. I tend to rely on my eyes for many things.
