I have an 8 page synopsis of Threads & Ties. My next goal is to convert that to an outline of some sort to guide me through NaNo next month.

I’ve wanted to use Inspiration more than I have been since I got it a couple years ago. This morning, I copied the key events from the synopsis into Inspiration bubbles, linking them as I went (sometimes more than one arrow went to or from a bubble). When I finished, I color coded each bubble as it related to a character or characters. At 12% zoom, I can see the entire diagram, and it presents some interesting visuals. I hope to get some scene breakdowns from this.
