Feline Teleportation?
I just walked down the hallway to the bathroom on the left just before my bedroom. When I walked through the living room, the cat was sitting in the entry way, looking victorious above her green mouse (she seems to prefer the green mouse to the red or yellow one). I turned around to face the bathroom door waiting for her to follow me from the living room. Instead she walked out of the bedroom door. How did she get there? The only way there, unless Scotty “beamed her up” was down the same hallway I’d just walked down–without seeing her pass me. I’m baffled.
Two words.
Feline Teleportation.
It happens. 🙂
Are we channeling? Did I change the title from “Cat Transporters?” before or after you commented?
Cats have always been magical. I am always puzzled by how they can hear a can being opened from anywhere in the house or yard and be underfoot within a second. I think invented the concept of “don’t ask, don’t tell”.
Well, as you’ve implied earlier, they already rule the universe, so why not? 😉
Didn’t you guys know that cats can do anything? Mine likes to type in chat rooms and she’s been known to open/close windows when she wants me to do something else. She turned the computer on during the night, once. That’s how we discovered that our new motherboard is set to a sleep/hibernate mode, not a hard power-down, when you shut it down. So, we turn off the power supply when we want it off. Eventually I’ll take the time to email the tech guys and ask them which of the obscurely labeled settings in the BIOS is the one that actually shuts the computer off. It’s not, of course, in the manual. 🙂
Well, that’s cats for you! That’s why I loooove them 🙂
LOL It’s that insane feline need to be somewhere else RIGHT NOW. And somehow they do it.
