PBW’s E-Book Challenge
Back on August 3rd, PBW posted an E-Book Challenge. She’s going to write and give away a free e-book at her weblog this Halloween. She’s challenged other writers to do the same.
I have a few possibilities to play along, but I’ve begun looking at a short story that precedes Threads and Ties by a couple years. Jeff and Nikki meet in kindergarten, but what binds them together as inseparable friends?
The other story, more appropriate for Halloween, has been coming together over the last several weeks. I have the what, when, where, why, and how, but the who hasn’t come together yet. This one will be different from other things I’ve done but more in the thriller line of writing. The inspiration points on this one are fascinating to watch come together.
Are you going to play in the E-book Challenge? Are you looking forward to reading what everyone offers? I know I am.
I’m not going to play with the ebook challenge for Halloween. I might do a belated one around Christmas, though. I am hoping to get the Darkyn afghan done by then.
Maybe I will try to do both. We’ll see.
But, I am definitely looking forward to reading what everyone else is doing. It’s like Christmas time early.
By the way, Imagine the stories that Holly’s idea could put into an afghan. Oh, the possibilities.
I’ve got to stop thinking about interesting knitting projects. I’m starting to drool all over my keyboard. 😉
