T&T Work
It’s not much, but I’ve finally done a little work on Threads & Ties today. 483 new words. I put it into Liquid Story Binder a few days ago, and have felt a pull to make progress on it ever since.
Earlier today, I did a little brainstorming in an effort to get some new novel ideas percolating. I think Holly’s Friday Snippets for Everyone have played a role in this. I won’t have snippets to post if I don’t create new work. I suspect she and Zette planned it that way — no not just for me but for all of us writers.
And I’ll toss out a hearty welcome to my mom who apparently just discovered the blog tonight. Hi, Mom. Happy Mother’s Day.
A few words is still something, no matter how few they are.
Those two are pretty sneaky. I’ve been feeling the same way, those snippets really inspire me sometimes.
**Waves hello to Jean’s mom.
I just find it inspiring to read all the great fiction (or is it proto-fiction?) out there just waiting to be published. And it’s introduced me to some authors I had never heard of before.
I looked over at Liquid Story Binder… looks intereting! I can’t afford it, of course, but if I do get the money together, I might try it out. How do you like it, really? any problems you have?
Zette, unless I missed something, the Liquid Story Binder software is free to download and use. I installed it this morning on my home PC. I still need to a moment to browse through it, though, and learn about its features.
Oh, nevermind – apparently what I missed was the registration fee. Meh, yWriter still works very well for me as freeware. 🙂
