Juicy BBQ Ribs
The beauty of recipes is they can be varied. My friend Tammy has some great recipes. The one we’re trying today is BBQ Ribs. (Tammy hasn’t added any new recipes in a while — maybe she’ll consider it.) I’ve made this numerous times with boneless pork ribs. Today, when I wanted to make it, the market didn’t have boneless pork ribs, but they DID have boneless pork chops on sale for less than $2 a pound. That’s the only thing different.
I would do one thing differently with the pork chops. I sliced them into strips, and I would make those strips larger rather than smaller next time. On the other hand, they’re just right for finger food for either adults or kids. So, it’s all a matter of what suits your needs. I, as Tammy suggests, made a slow cooker macaroni and cheese to accompany this. Tune in on “M” day to see how that turned out.
It sounds amazing.
Dropping by from A to Z. This is my first year participating.
