August House and Property Update
I delayed this post a little to ensure Valerie Comer got top billing for the full day. Did you buy her book yet? Please go do that now. Go ahead. I’ll wait. Nothing we’ve done with the property over the last month is that pressing.
We’ve been keeping the grass alive and working on fence down in San Antonio.
We didn’t do anything at the ranch, but our new neighbors have finished installing the new fence on their side of the property, and according to Mr. L, they’ve done a wonderful job.
The lawn got mowed over at the store, and that’s all it needed this month.
Mr. L is working on the Jeep transmission over at the shop. We’ve done the annual roof inspection and trimmed back tree limbs and cleared debris.
I’m working on keeping the grass alive here at the Central Texas house. Basic decluttering is an ongoing process, and I can’t say I’m making much progress. I did get some paperwork filing done. That, of course, generated a lot of paper shredding to be done, and I haven’t done that yet.
