April Property Update
We spent most of the last month on the road, but we’ve still gotten some stuff done. Here’s the April update for your reading pleasure.
San Antonio House: We got some leaves raked and the yard mowed.
The Ranch: We had the deer feeder and game camera running. We noted an amusing clientele consisting of raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, armadillos, one big hog, and three does. The raccoons were amusing, to say the least.
The Store: The grass was quite tall. I’ve knocked it down for now, but I doubt Mr. L will be mowing during my knee surgery recovery, so it’s likely to get pretty tall before it gets mowed again.
The Shop: We’ve placed the black trailer inside the shop bay and are loading it with trash for the annual City-Wide Clean-up this Saturday. The good news? We’re having trouble filling the trailer.
The Central Texas House: The grass was tall when we returned from vacation. I’ve knocked it down for now, and I’m going to give it a grooming run if the rain holds off long enough for me to do so. This month’s effort has been indoors. We emptied the dining room of furniture and moved in a new recliner. I set up a television and DVD player. I’ll be doing my knee surgery recovery in there.
