Cats: Outside Buffet
The outside buffet has been quite active lately. In the most recent Kitty Kam chip reading, I counted six cats at various times. Boomer and Walter are still visiting regularly. I’m troubled to note Walter has an injury, but he doesn’t appear to be limping, so hope it’s just a scrape on his hind, right knee. The long-haired gray kitty has become a regular. From her eyes, I suspect she may be Sapphire’s mama. I’ll have to check with my neighbor. There’s a long-haired black and white kitty. There’s a short haired dark gray with white paws. And there’s the white one I believe is a relative of Daphne’s. In fact, I glanced out my window Wednesday afternoon in time to see a white cat run up the pecan tree. I stepped onto the front porch and saw it up there. I think you can see some resemblance between the outside cat on the left and Daphne on the right.
The buffet has been busy. Bringing Sneaky inside seems to have contributed to the outside instability. I hope things will settle soon, and I can begin trying to work with this new batch of cats.
