E: Emmet Fox 7 Day Mental Diet
If you think food dieting is tough, wait until you try the 7 Day Mental Diet! Your goal is to go for seven days without thinking a negative thought. If you let a negative thought stay in your consciousness for more than seven seconds, you have to start over. Some people never start this diet, because they think they can’t do it. Or they start it thinking it will be easy, and then they realize how much negativity has invaded their lives.
Be a good sport, and practice this. After a couple of days, it becomes easier. Come back for the Letter L, and I’ll have some tools to help you.
