Oils: Essential Oil Update
What’s new on my essential oil platter? Here’s what I’ve added over the last month or so.
I started taking Master Formula at the beginning of February. I’ve noticed a subtle increase in energy. I wasn’t taking a multivitamin, because I hadn’t found one I trusted to contain active ingredients. The fact that Young Living separates components likely to interact with one another into separate capsules encouraged me. I want the vitamins to interact, but only after they’ve been consumed. Not while they are in the package awaiting my consumption. They call it the Synergistic Suspension Isolation process. The four capsules are packaged in individual sachets to make it easy to carry with you when you travel or to select your day’s serving. Master Formula is recommended for people twelve years old and older.
I have acquired several nutritional products, but I am adding them in one at a time so I can assess any noticeable impact. I added MultiGreens a couple of weeks ago. These combine therapeutic grade essential oils to boost vitality and support a healthy circulatory system. I’m not certain what to expect from them. This week, I began taking CortiStop, a proprietary formula designed to balance cortisol hormone levels. Cortisol is the hormone produced in response to stress, so the idea is to help reduce production of this hormone. If working for me, I would expect to see less inflammatory responses throughout my body.
I’ve acquired several roll-on essential oil blends. They come beautifully packaged and convenient to use in 10ml bottles with a roll-on top. These 100% Therapeutic Essential Oil blends are designed to do just what their names imply:
Breathe Again is designed to help when you’re nasal passages are stopped up. Deep Relief is designed to help with achy soreness, and Tranquil is designed to help you establish a sense of tranquility.
I got some Genesis Hand and Body Lotion. I’m looking to replace Aveeno. For me, the Genesis Hand and Body Lotion has a little more floral scent than I care for. I should have recognized that with the description that includes “botanical extracts.” The lotion works fine, and if you like botanical extracts and the accompanying scent, you will love this lotion.
