You’ve heard the saying, “It’s all in your head.”? Well, it is. Everything you want and dream to achieve is already in you. Your mind, properly used, is a wondrous tool. Cultivated, it becomes a beautiful garden. Left untrained and ignored, weeds and negativity grows, leading to misery. The best thing? It’s never too late to eradicate the weeds and plant a beautiful garden. It can be more difficult (it may not be), but it’s worth the effort. When you get discouraged, remind yourself your mind didn’t get that way overnight. It will take some time to get it where you want it to be. It’s absolutely worth the journey.
