O: OATS
Feeling your OATS yet? What on earth does this acronym stand for? Objectives for the week, Actions I need to take, Time, and Schedule, or, more succinctly, Objectives, Actions, Time, and Schedule. If you don’t have it on the schedule, it doesn’t get done.
Schedule time with your maker and your family first. Then fill in the rest by looking at your objectives for the week. What actions do you need to take to achieve those objectives (remember to keep the objective to a size that is doable in the amount of time allotted). How much time do you need for those actions? Schedule it! If it isn’t scheduled, it doesn’t get done.
Do that each week by (usually) Sunday, and you’ll begin to see results in your life. Don’t forget to put your Maker and your Family first.
We’re in for a fun ride this month. You can only stop in for a day? Afraid you won’t find your way back during the challenge? Then please sign up for this email list now which will provide several weeks of preliminary related materials to the Master Keys course and also put you on the early notification list for when the course opens up in September. Signing up to the list earns you a free copy of the 7 Day Mental Diet. Please believe me when I say there is Nothing Like It.
Stopping by to say Hi. Happy A to Z

Well said, Jean!
I like that – OATS objective, action, time, schedule. Sounds like a great daily plan.
It is, Lori. Good to see you again.
