Photo: Cat Feeder Hold Down
Mr. L has fabricated a cat feeder hold down. After a week in service, nobody has tossed it yet. One kitty investigated.
I also changed the orientation of the doghouse in hopes of catching if anyone goes inside. Kitties, as you know, are curious.
Finally, the birds are using the feeder too. I thought they might not need the birdseed with all the spring stuff in bloom. This mockingbird, as well as sparrows and cardinals, seem to disagree.
I love how you nourish the neighborhood, Jean & Mr. L.
Not that anybody loves squirrels, only me, but what do squirrels eat in the springtime? The acorns they buried last fall have all turned into little trees or little piles of rotted vegetable matter. So, how does Fluffy Tail survive the spring?
I’m not sure, but our squirrels seem to be thriving. I’ve seen one near the feeder, but mostly they don’t bother it.
