Property Update: May 2016
We have a few things to report for Property Update May 2016.
San Antonio House: Lawn is mowed. This week, we worked in the backyard. We brought the washer/dryer to Central Texas and our neighbor performed the diagnostics and repair.
The Ranch: We brought a trailer load of things in from the shed on the ranch. Probably at least one more trailer load of that stuff to do. Maybe more. It’s a 10×14 shed, and it wasn’t full, but a lot of stuff seemed to disappear into it.
The Store: Nothing new. The appraisal district made an typographical error on this year’s appraisal, raising our valuation significantly. When we asked for clarification, they discovered the error and fixed it.
The Detail Shop: I realized last week that the addition of this means I have more yard work to do. The tennant takes care of the areas he has access to, but we have a locked fenced area that we need to take care of. Guess what I’ll be doing next week?
The Central Texas House: More yard work. Spreading mulch that we’re using to raise the level of the yard. Eventually, we won’t have ponds after it rains.
