January 2017 Property Update
San Antonio House: I vacuumed and bagged the leaves, trimmed two dead branches from the red oak, trimmed the part of the alley hedge hanging inside the back fence, and dragged everything to the back for our amazing trash guys to haul away. I also trimmed the fig tree. Did a bathroom cleaning, vacuumed floors, and got all the trash out before returning to Central Texas. I also monitored the installation of a new HVAC system.
The Ranch: We trimmed the road access and removed the white enclosed car trailer from the ranch. While I trimmed, Mr. L used his yard tractor and trailer to move 100 landscaping bricks up to the house site to make extraction from the ranch easier. He also retrieved the culvert and brought it back to town.
The Store: Got the store mowed.
The Detail Shop: The new windows are here but not installed yet. The expanded fence is installed and gives us much more lockable storage in the space between the detail shop building and the shop.
The Shop: Mr. L has been doing a little reorganizing here. The white car trailer is in the shop bay now to make tire replacement easier. He’s also troubleshooting the electrical system.
The Central TX House: I did run the lawn mower with bagger over the lawn and gathered something like 20 bags of leaves. It took the trash guys three weeks to get it all hauled away. Not much happening here at the moment. That’s not to say there isn’t a lot to do.
