“God is in me.” I drew comfort and inspiration from this concept, expressed in the first week’s reading of Charles Haanel’s Master Key System. Paragraph 24 states “All agree that there is but one Principle or Consciousness pervading the entire Universe, occupying all space, and being essentially the same in kind at every point of its presence. It is all powerful, all wisdom, always present. All thoughts and things are within Itself. It is all in all.” I wrote in the margin, “God is in me.” This topic appears again in Week 4, paragraph 15. “This is not so strange or impossible as it may appear when you remember that the “World Within” is controlled by the “I” and that this “I” is part or one with the Infinite “I” which is the Universal Energy or Spirit, usually called God.”

Many of you reading may be wondering if this program interferes with your faith system. I do not believe it does, but it may raise questions about how you interact with your faith system. That, while possibly distressing, is not necessarily a bad thing. Until you’ve examined your system, you won’t trust it when you need it.

In my case, I found answers to how to implement the teachings of my church in my day-to-day life. Why couldn’t my church figure out how to do this? I do not know. I hope yours has, and you will find the lessons of this course amplify and supplement what you are already doing in your life. What might some of those things be?

• Today I begin a new life.
• I greet this day with love in my heart.
• I persist until I succeed.
• I am nature’s greatest miracle.
• I live this day as if it is my last.
• I master my emotions.
• I laugh at the world.
• Today I multiply my value a hundredfold.
• I will act now.

Are these premises compatible with your faith system? My God wants me to succeed. He wants all His Children to succeed. Other deities and philosophical systems want us to succeed in life. We’re discussing Universal Truth. It applies across all faith systems. It is faith agnostic, if you will.
