Week 10: Most of All, I Love Myself

“I love myself.” This truly is the key. As we’re chipping off the cement and rewriting our blueprint, the key is to love ourselves. If we don’t yet know how to do that, we use this process to learn.

When we love ourselves, we know we’re worth taking care of. We willingly monitor what enters our body through our eyes, mouths, noses, and ears. We attend to our souls and our hearts. We embrace the Mental Diet and keep the negative thoughts at bay. In fact, we eradicate them.

What we think about grows, so we focus on what we want to grow in our lives and starve what we do not want with neglect.
