Cats: Sneaky is Missing
We have not seen Sneaky since we left for San Antonio on July 3rd. I didn’t have a game camera set up while we were gone, so I don’t know when she was last here. We returned from San Antonio on Wednesday, the 8th. She sometimes takes a day or two to reappear after we’ve been gone, but usually, by now, she’s made an appearance.
Yes. I’m worried about her. Of course, if anything has happened to her, worry won’t do any good. If she’s befriended someone else, she’s fine, so worry isn’t appropriate either. I don’t like not knowing. She’ll either appear or she won’t. I miss her being here.
Sorry about your cat. Hopefully, it’ll be back around soon to see if you are there.
It’s so diffucult caring for strays, especially if they come regularly. Thinking good thoughts.
Sneaky has been more like a pet. She gets her shots, regular veterinary care, and her monthly Revolution treatment. We want to move her into the house, but she’s comfortable outside, and we haven’t integrated her with the inside cats yet. This is why I don’t want her to be an outside cat, so, yes, it’s heart wrenching.
I hope she’ll be fine
I sure hope she comes home all right. Cats have their own ideas about how to live their lives. They’re not as easily influenced as dogs are. She has pretty good survival skills–otherwise, she wouldn’t be called ‘Sneaky.’
Fingers crossed, and prayers for all wandering pets.
I still haven’t seen Sneaky, but the game camera captured her making an appearance on the porch last night around midnight. At least I know she’s alive. No idea why she’s avoiding us, but she has done that before. A girl needs her privacy, I suppose.
