Photo: 2015 Lincoln Navigator L
A few weeks ago, our Lincoln dealer had a sneak peek event for the 2015 Lincoln SUVs. They had the concept vehicles for the new C-class and the refreshed Navigator. They also had the MKX, the mid-size crossover on display. We were mostly interested in the Navigator, which we were pleased to see was in the extended L version as well as 4X4. Unfortunately, it will only come with the V-6 Ecoboost engine, which we find particularly disappointing, since we’re diehard V-8 preferrers. I took a couple of pictures.
Here’s the back, which has a new tail light treatment.
The front gets a grille more in keeping with current Lincoln styling. The hood has some subtle changes as well.
The Ecoboost has become a very popular engine in the Ford lineup of vehicles. I’m sure it will work fine, but I’m also certain Mr. L will gripe about it incessantly.
Does anyone have the Ecoboost in an F150 who uses it for towing? What’s your experience been?
Want to see a bunch of photos (including some awesome food!) from the event? North Park’s photographer posted a slide show here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/11248189@N02/sets/72157643187078263/show/
