I’m torn. I don’t know how to share this effectively. I have heard so many stories about the positive effect of essential oils, yet, I’m prohibited from talking about healing capabilities of essential oils. There’s a good reason for that. I’m not a medical practitioner. I’m not even a trained aromatherapist. I might mislead you if I talk about these things.

I can research, but I cannot share what I learn. I’m not completely sure I can say this, but I will, because how else are you supposed to learn if essential oils might have something to offer you to achieve balance in your body? If you want to learn more, consider getting the Essential Oils Desk Reference or the Essential Oils Pocket Reference. Both are published by Life Science Publishing. The Seventh Edition is the latest version, but you won’t go wrong if you find an old Sixth Edition somewhere. I’m not going to link. If you’re serious about your health, you can find this information.

On the other hand, if you want your home or office to smell good without fear of laboratory chemicals negatively impacting your body, I can highly recommend any of Young Living’s diffusers and essential oil blends. Christmas Spirit is a nice oil to diffuse during December. Want to remove odors from the air but don’t want an overpowering scent? I recommend Orange or other citrus flavors. These oils are very cost effective, and won’t be overpowering for the people in your life who don’t like flowery or pine smells.
