The cats are still adjusting to Jase.

Ajax tolerates him well.

Lady wants to be with him but does not like Jase barking at her. Jase seems to think it’s a game — bark at Lady and she swats at him with her paw. Lady doesn’t seem to be using her claws for this so I doubt she’s seriously annoyed by him. Jase’s barking has become more subdued over the last week. He’s starting to become more conversational in his tone.

Jase has discovered Rossie under the rocking chair. Rossie is not particularly happy about this. Although, when Jase is in his crate, Rossie is very comfortable sitting next to the crate. Again, Jase sticks his head under Rossie’s chair and barks. No wonder Rossie gets annoyed. Who wants to be yapped at incessantly?

Tarzan is curious about Jase but is not ready to interact with him yet. Tarzan stays on the trunk or the cat tower when Jase is in the room.

Nobody else is ready to give him a chance yet.
