San Antonio House: In January, we took the Spitfire down to the San Antonio house and pushed it into the garage. We removed everything we plan to remove except the stove. The new owner made an appearance, got her walk-though, and picked up keys. Mr. L has some things he’s promised her he will do at a to-be-determined date. After this, we will no longer be reporting on the San Antonio house, because it isn’t ours anymore.

The Ranch: Wildlife Management Report for 2018 submitted before the end of 2018. Working this year’s plan now.

The Store: No change.

The Detail Shop: No change.

The Shop: Mr. L has been sorting and putting away parts and other things.  Mr. L got some plumbing work completed in preparation for getting a gas meter installed and an internal heating unit operational.

The Central TX House: Once again, I am behind on winter yard work.
